- EDEddie Dixon2 days ago2.0I bought a milk shake opened the top the milk shake was green the milk was off .no apology no nothing .the girl sed what do you want me to do about it .I see it needs taking off the menu she sed I can't do that it is to hot out side .Will never go again

We rang up asking why it was shut we didn't get any response other than drive through was going to be open again in 10 minutes. We didn't get served till half past. Poor service and didn't even get an apology. Even once getting order through everything was slow.
- STSally TaylorMay 12, 20265.0The best McDonald’s I have been to. It was immaculate inside and out. Even the pavement outside had been scrubbed. The manager (?) greeted every customer warmly. There was a calm atmosphere and the staff were friendly and efficient. Food arrived swiftly. Fantastic!
- TItone islandsMay 6, 20265.0We called this morning after being to Amsterdam on a ferry trip. I had to comment because the Asian fella (possibly Chinese) was absolutely amazing. I have never seen someone so efficient and friendly. He was so good I shook his hand on the way out and told him he was the best McDonalds employee I had ever seen in my life. 10 out of 10 for that guy.
- JKJoanna KMay 4, 20263.0I visited McDonald’s in Hull last night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the staff were polite and the restaurant itself was clean, there was an issue with my child’s "Happy Meal" that left us let down. My child was really looking forward to receiving the toy that was advertised on display, but instead we were given a CHRISTMAS-themed toy, which didn’t match what was being promoted at the time (plus is May!). It may seem like a small detail, but it made a big difference to a child who was excited about what they expected to get. I understand that stock issues can happen, but it would be helpful if this was communicated clearly at the time of ordering, or if the display was updated to reflect what is actually available. I hope this feedback is taken on board, as it would improve the experience for families in the future.
